Hey, welcome to our blog. we hope that you've had a odd shirt off and enjoy the sun, or maybe it's getting colder and you've put it back on but wherever you are maybe these guys will be a reminder for you.
Here when things were getting nice and warm we've hit a cold spell, and it all comes as bit of a surprise a cool breeze is one thing but near icy blasts are another they, whoever they are, tell us will improve over the weekend.
Coming up the weekly "Sporting Life Magazine which this week takes a look at Gymnastics and indoor events.
